- Make Corrade start Nucleus in emergency mode in case the grid login details were incorrect.
- Add a new "configuration" notification that will show which configuration key has changed after the configuration file has been updated.
- Make the "notify" command properly list bound notifications (addresses CRD-183).
- Add "ExecutedCommands" and "ManifestedBehaviours" to heartbeat allowing users to query a list tuples consisting of commands by times being executed for both Corrade commands and RLV behaviours.
- Include some 3rd party licenses.
- Refine RLV parser slightly with some possible performance increase.
- Cleanup startup and shutdown procedures and remove some possible crashes.
