- Fix GetAttachments to properly return primitive ID.
- Fix an issue leading to a crash with the first and lastname of an owner not being retrievable once an object vanishes quickly.
- Make the "changeappearance" command much faster and more safe.
- Major overhaul of appearance handling (may have consequences; good ones, hopefully, for OpenSim).
- All commands dealing with attachments should notice a performance boost.
