Description	Group soft bans being added or removed.

Data	Description
`type`	The type of the notification.
`agent`	The agent UUID.
`firstname`	The first name of the agent.
`lastname`	The last name of the agent.
`action`	`added` or `removed` depending on whether a soft ban has been added or removed.
`group`	The name of the group.
`note`	The soft ban note.
`expire`	A timestamp indicating the time when the soft ban will expire.
`renew`	A timestamp indicating the time when the softban had been renewed.
