Description	The `listcommands` command returns a `CSV` list of available commands to the configured group.
Permissions	none
Parameters	`group`, `password`

The listcommands command returns a CSV list of available commands to the configured group. Note that this means that some commands may not be shown depending on whether the current calling group does not have the necessary permission for them.
